Since their inception dating back to 2008 and 2016 respectively, I continue write regularly and manage these two blogs -- totaling over 500 postings.

The Book Shopper

Started in 2008, The Book Shopper began as a companion blog to my book The Book Shopper: A Life in Review, but eventually morphed into personal musings about books and book culture.  Topics include: book reviews of eclectic books, book stores visited while traveling, baseball and history books, and a section devoted Books-as-Art-as-Books.

Started in 2016, the Down & Outbound blog started out as a companion to my book Down & Outbound: A Mass Transit Satire and serves an ongoing repository of notes, thoughts, and visuals about public transportation, pedestrian life and attitudes about alternative modes of transportation. The blog has an environmental perspective as well since less reliance of fossil fuels is an important factor in averting greater climate disruption. The blog remains true to it's satirical and humor-loving roots. (See the song parody "Sixteen Metric Tons").
